As a person who grew up in Okemos în mod Michigan that could help me with my two hard drives that failed (western digital, 1tb and 2 TB), I can confirm that this company is legitimate and helpful.

Unfortunately they weren't able to restore my data but they were helpful in giving me tips to prevent data loss in the future and referred me to a company that could still help.

When I tried calling direct it didn't work which made me skeptical at first, but when I followed the online procedure everything was fine and I received a call back and was able to meet Sam on New Year's Eve. I got a turnaround within 24 hours as well (even during the holidays!)

Thank you Sam for trying and for the referral! I recommend trying here first before paying an extortionate amount somewhere else, and not knowing where you might be sending your device to. It's nice that there is a local company here with an actual human you can talk to. Also, I did not get charged at all because my data was not recovered, so I am grateful for Sam's time for trying.
