Sam was amazing. Dropped off my frozen screen, desktop PC and within hours he retrieved my important data. He's pricy but very knowlegable. And in my case, worth it.

After my laptop crashed, the "Computer Healer" quicky diagnosed a failed hard drive and took care of everything from there. He installed a new drive, reinstalled Windows, and gave the laptop a like-new cleaning (dust from case, fans, keyboard, etc). Follow-up to my initial inquiry could have been a bit faster, but from my handoff to him, everything was finished within 24 hours. He also provided detailed, real-time, easy-to-access updates during the repair.

It's hard to find reliable consumer-level computer repair in/around Okemos, but this is where you should go.

I had a very positive experience working with Sam at The Computer Healer. He maintained communication at every step and provided pictures and regular updates throughout the computer fix. He is very knowledgable and experienced and helped educate me about some important preventative actions I can take when maintaining my computer. Overall, I highly recommend The Computer Healer.

Great service! My kids laptops were in bad shape and Sam did a fabulous work as they are now running like brand new computers. Highly recommended.

As a person who grew up in Okemos în mod Michigan that could help me with my two hard drives that failed (western digital, 1tb and 2 TB), I can confirm that this company is legitimate and helpful.

Unfortunately they weren't able to restore my data but they were helpful in giving me tips to prevent data loss in the future and referred me to a company that could still help.

To contact Sam just book the appointment on the website. When I tried calling direct it didn't work which made me skeptical at first, but when I followed the online procedure everything was fine and I received a call back and was able to meet Sam on New Year's Eve. I got a turnaround within 24 hours as well (even during the holidays!)

Thank you Sam for trying and for the referral! I recommend trying here first before paying an extortionate amount somewhere else, and not knowing where you might be sending your device to. It's nice that there is a local company here with an actual human you can talk to. Also, I did not get charged at all because my data was not recovered, so I am grateful for Sam's time for trying.
